Westside Elementary School
Inspiring 4th and 5th grade students.
Dear Westside Elementary School Community: I want to extend to you and your family a very warm welcome to Westside Elementary School. Westside serves Payette School District students, in grades four and five.
This is an exciting and impactful time when children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning and self-discovery. Each year will provide important transitions and the acquisition of new skills that will enhance each student’s ability to apply learning in many ways. Each grade level works to provide challenging and rigorous curriculum to support student progress at a developmentally appropriate rate and provides a safe environment for all students.

We support and encourage social emotional learning at Westside, including doing hard things and learning productive ways to express emotions and communicate well.
I have been a teacher and principal at Westside for many years. It is very rewarding when families and schools work together to do what is always in the best interested of the student.
We invite you to communicate often, participate in our conferences and keep an open line of communication. It is essential to a successful learning experience.
We hope to see you soon!

Car Riders
Students will be lined up and waiting at each "X" for their car. We do our best to have them waiting for you- please pull to the spot where your child is. Please refrain from parking in the staff parking lot to pick up your child. It stops the flow and can jam up the intersections
