What Title IX Covers

Title IX covers:

  • Sexual harassment
  • Sexual assult
  • Dating/domestic violence
  • Stalking
  • Discrimination based on sex

Your Rights

Individuals involved in a Title IX report have the right to:

  • Be treated with respect and fairness
  • Receive a prompt and equitable response
  • Access supportive measures
  • Be protected from retaliation

Report a Concern

Reports can be made during or outside of school hours.

After a report is submitted:

  • The district will review the information
  • You may be contacted for additional details
  • Supportive measures may be offered
  • A formal process may begin if appropriate
