Title I-C: Migrant Education
Supporting learners and families on the move.
The Migrant Education Program supports learners whose families move for seasonal or agricultural work. We provide additional academic and family support to help learners stay on track and succeed in school.
Who qualifies?
Your learner may qualify if:
- Ages 0–21
- Moved within the last 3 years
- Parent/guardian works in agriculture or fishing
(examples: farming, dairy, food processing)
Services We Provide
- Small group instruction in reading and math
- Help with school enrollment and records transfer
- Summer and extended learning programs
- Graduation and credit support
- School readiness for younger learners
- Health and nutrition referrals
- Family support and connection to school
Services We Provide
Our trained staff work with families to determine eligibility through a brief interview process called a Certificate of Eligibility (COE). This helps ensure learners receive the services they qualify for.

- Hosting family events and meetings
- Helping families stay connected to school
- Offering support during transitions
